We're so excited for this episode.

Yes, we are.

Because my senior year self manifested the reality of us becoming reality TV stars, I guess.

And I feel like the weather today is celebrating this because it's August, but it feels like a crisp fall day, which is to us spooky season. And we got to do some spooky things with a spooky bad [ __ ] Whitney Way Thor from My Big Fat Fabulous Life. If you haven't watched, it's season 13. Spooky number 13 of My Big Fat Fabulous Life on TLC and yours truly, your two spooky ghouls are on the show, which is wild. We're on a couple episodes. Whitney comes to Salem or came to Salem and we showed her a spooky time.

Mhm.

And then the episode that comes out the same day that this episode comes out features Whitney here in the studio recording this very episode you're about to watch. So enjoy. and tune in to My Big Fat Fabulous Life on TLC.

1:00

Very spooky.

welcome Whitney & paranormal penetration

This is three girls, indeterminate number of ghosts. Three girls, indeterminate number of ghosts. That was intimate.

God, it felt good.

And we are your ghostesses. That is Karen.

Hello.

I am Sabrina. And we are joined today by an extra special witchy sister, Whitney.

Hi, I'm Whitney.

Hello. I'm so excited to be here. We're so happy to have you here.

I've never been happier actually in my life. This is a a real life level fantasy come true.

Is it bad that I'm concerned for you that this is the happiest you've ever been?

2:00

Uh, probably. But just let me live in my world, you know? Yeah.

Let you live your life.

Let me experience the disappointment later, but for now, I'm I'm still excited.

I'm so glad you're happy right now. That's all that matters.

Yeah. I feel like you're a queen at manifesting because you we're listening to Two Girls One Ghost and now you're on it.

Look, y'all have been in bed with me for a long time and now I am in the studio. So,

do you ever fall asleep to our podcast? Cuz some people say that

constantly, but it's a good thing. Like, I don't listen to it to fall asleep because I don't like it. I listen to it to fall asleep because it soothes me and it makes me feel comfortable. And then the next day, if I didn't listen to the whole thing, I just replay it and I replay it until I'm done with the episode.

Wow.

Wow. That's commitment.

And recently, I got really sick. I had the flu for the first time since I was in college. I actually went back cuz I think I've only been listening to you guys for like 3 years or maybe four years. So, I went all the way back to the very beginning because I was so ill and I just was in my bed for like I think eight full days and all I did was listen to your podcast from the very beginning.

3:00

Yeah. And I want to say you've always been good but you're just getting better.

Thank you. Just want to say Yeah. You know what? I hope I hope so because we did not know what we were doing

and now we're in a phase where we're doing spooky things

and we did a really spooky thing with you.

I know

in Salem.

I know

we did a seance. We did a paranormal investigation.

Mhm.

We did table tipping. We did what was it? The automatic writing. Yes. So many things that we've never done. We've talked about, we've covered on the show, but we've never done it until we piggybacked on your girls trip. And I'm so excited because I have never until this trip or until that trip been up to Massachusetts. Certainly never been to Salem. So, this is like a huge dream come true for me. Also, I am from North Carolina wherein there are the Appalachin Mountains. I went to Appalachin State University. Okay. So, there's a hatter, too,

or two or three.

And I feel like a southern hint is a little bit different than a New England hat. It's spookier. You know what I mean? It it it's a southern hat is like

4:00

woods and creeks and the holler and the squad. I'm

thinking like Yeah. And deliver. Yeah. That is that's a southern

H

and a New England

Hay is very historic and very Yes.

So it's a whole different vibe, but I I was really excited to experience it. I thought we had an amazing time.

It was so much fun. So this episode we're going to do a little bit of like

showing some footage from our investigation, from the seance as we talk about it. But we also you've teased us so much about your own paranormal experiences. So, we got to start there.

Sabrina, I'm going to be honest with you. I definitely overpromised and I will now underdel

because I don't have the audio. And you know, no one

It's still a good story cuz you told me you've told me before.

I don't know that it's a good one. It's just like my only one. Well, I did have that under trampoline ghost who touched my ass once.

Wait, what?

Yeah. Okay, I'll get to that.

5:00

Okay, so yeah. Okay. Duh. And and and like you, I love like a sex ghost. I pray for an entity to enter my body. I want to penetrate me fully.

I am there with you.

I need it so bad.

Consensual penetration.

And I'm telling you right now, do any and all. You have you have the Okay.

Okay. I feel like that's a risky thing to say though, given from where you're from, because it doesn't I mean like

I don't care if you're a Wendy boy. I don't care if you're a N deer. I don't care if you're a flesh pedestrian.

Okay. The not deer though, their limbs are kind of wonky. I don't really know.

I think an antler might be fun. And oh my god.

And in the shape of water, Whitney, I don't care if you're a diamond.

Oh my god.

Get into it.

This is a rated R episode for everyone who's listening.

And we should probably let everybody know if you want to see uh other footage of this, of course, you can see this on My Big Fat Fabulous Life. Um, yes.

Yeah. I don't know when that will air

6:00

and I don't know when this will air, but

we'll try to air them around the same time. And if people are watching on YouTube, you might also notice some cameras in the background.

Cuz we're filming.

We have Garrett there. Garrett,

wave.

A little wave.

Hi, Garrett. We've got Marlene.

She is our staunch German engineer. And then we've got Trevor. He's the eye candy

over by Sven.

Yeah. Hi, Sven. Hi, big boy. He's he's a little bit worse for wear limbless.

That's actually a mystery of this office is we left him in here fully complete.

Yeah.

Whole body. I didn't come back into the office for maybe a month or two. Suddenly broken in pieces. So what is left of him is hanging here. He was literally sitting in a chair and then when I came back in like post maternity leave and he was in pieces ran away.

And I'm confused mild to moderate about that because

me too,

you know. But I say we let Sven live his best life. Who knows what he was getting into in here.

He clearly didn't want his bottom half.

7:00

Didn't need it.

Didn't need it. You know what?

Or perhaps be easier. If I could just get rid of mine, life would be easier.

You need yours, though. If this nobody's using it, it's just here for the taken. It's not being used.

Well, you know, you put it out there in the universe. And I hope for you, Whitney, that that really does happen for you.

Me, too. I hope so, too. You know, this is a quick trip back up here, but I thought to myself, like, I want to pick up an entity while I'm here and bring it back. You know what I mean?

You have some opportunity, but you have

Whitney's ghost stories

ghost stories.

Okay. So, like I said, it's it's nobody get excited. However, when I was 10 years old, I did have a Michael Jackson hate. A lot of people want to be hated by Michael Jackson, but very few actually are. So, when I was I think in fifth grade, I had a tape and and you guys are going to have to really go back with me cuz I'm older than you and some of our listeners here might be young, but back in the day, you had to like tape songs off the radio, right?

8:00

Or you were there. We're the last, I think, of that group to do that.

Okay, good. So, you guys are still aware of that?

Yes. Yes. Yes.

Okay. Cuz I had an assistant who was

transition to CDs

and I asked her once to go grab the Walkman that was in my office and she literally had no idea what I was talking about. Shout out to Morgan. Um, so I had this cassette tape that had been recorded from a C someone's CD and it was the Michael Jackson Bad album. Okay. And I listened to it all day long all the time. And I just had a little boom box with, you know, the one tape deck. And back then if you wanted to record something on top of it, you had to hit play and record at the same time. And then you could like literally put your voice on it, right?

Yep.

So I listened to it constantly. I was so familiar with it. And I went to school one day. I've been listening to it. Came home. I played it again. I was listening to the song Bad. We all know this one, right?

Yeah. Oh, you want to sing it for us?

No. And and I lied. It wasn't bad. It was Beat It.

So Yeah. Exactly. So I played it and all

9:00

of a sudden there was like a crackle and a voice came on, but it didn't totally come over top. Like you could still hear the music in the background, which back then that would have been impossible to do. Like you would have had to been a sound engineer to like know how to do that.

And you hear this like breathy scary voice and she goes, "This is Annie."

Just like that. This is it sounded to me like this is Annie. It's two breaths. This is Annie. And then full volume comes back. Okay.

Right. So I immediately think that my brother has done it to [ __ ] with me because he used to also like put with chalk right draw on the brick of the house like big uh big footprints.

Oh my god.

Bigfoot can't walk up walls.

He might be able to know.

So immediately I blame my brother, right? Go to my parents. My parents are so mad at him cuz he's messed up my Michael Jackson tape. He's like about to get grounded.

But then he like starts crying. Like so once he starts crying it's like he didn't do it right. Mhm.

So that's the Michael Jackson hate. And

10:00

for years, all the way until I was in high school when we moved to another house, I would play that tape for people and I would always be so afraid that it would be gone, you know, and I'm like, "No, no, I'm going to prove it to you. Here it is." But it was never gone. It was always there. And my mother, she was a creepy witch, okay?

Her name was Babs. And she we used to have Halloween parties and she would play it and she used to like have to present herself to the children and be like, "This is real." Cuz nobody believed me. She will pull out the Ouija board.

No. Who's Annie?

We don't. We'll never know. But Annie's clearly not okay.

Bizarre.

Yeah. The way that like the really breathy It's almost like she was running to take an opportunity.

This is Yeah.

That's so sweet.

She She wanted me for something and I never gave it to her. Here I am like 30 years later and I I just still don't know what she

what she needed. But if you were with us,

what if all of the lights went out? Do you know I never tried to contact Annie?

Really?

What were you doing with a Ouija board then?

Well, my mom and I had one Ouija board

11:00

hat.

Uhhuh.

Some guy who had died and driven off a cliff.

Oh my god.

And I don't remember his name. And then one time we had a perfume haint and a cigar hat. And then I had the trampoline. Okay. I've had I've had a few hints.

I want to I want to hear about the trampoline booty.

Yeah. Well, when I was uh in middle school, we had a trampoline in the backyard and my friend and I uh we would be out there like late at night sitting on the trampoline just talking and there would be something that would grab our butts from underneath.

Eurvy ghost.

Yep. Maybe like a

That could have been your I mean granted you were middle school, but go back.

Exactly.

That's You be like, "Hey, it's been a long time, but I've known you for a really long time.

I'm of age level."

I'm of a certain age now. That was my trampoline troll. Yeah. I just keep thinking about what it could possibly be. I'm scared for you. I feel like it could have been some sort of troll because it definitely felt to me because I've had my butt grabbed a time or two. I'll be honest. I'm humans. I'm 41. So,

by humans or ghosts?

Humans. Okay.

So, it felt to me as though it was

12:00

someone standing and pushing their hands up because if you were seated, I don't know. I just I So, I have to believe that it's like a two-ft tall

interesting

being. I know I talk a lot about Bigfoot and I'm such a Bigfoot lover. So am I.

But if I did get to see like one sort of like crypted creature,

I really would love to see like a troll or a gnome or something like that. Like that to me feels so

I guess because there's the possibility of communication, right? Like I might be able to talk to them,

right? And they like live in a tree or something.

I feel like you're more likely to talk to Bigfoot than a troll. You're You're well on your way.

Wait, didn't I give you guys a Bigfoot call? What is that? I wonder what sound it makes.

Wait, where is it? It's over in the kitchen.

Oh, man. Yeah, I wasn't sure even what sound that that would make, but I feel like with a troll,

I feel like they are more human, so maybe there's a chance that they could speak the language. To me, it feels very

13:00

Green Witch, very like magical, very like lives, you know, in the trunk of a tree.

Yeah. like waters my tribes for me. Mushrooms are about things like that. Yeah, I can see that. I like that.

We've never covered trolls on the podcast. We've only done gnomes.

fertility magic

You know what I found in the attic recently?

What?

Well, okay. My dad I'm This is off topic. I'm also trying to get pregnant. Okay, so my dad

um had gone up in the attic and gotten me all this stuff from my childhood that my mother had like saved for me. And one of the things was a huge box of my troll dolls. Remember those from like the '9s?

Yes. I have like a hundred of them. I love their little spiky hair.

I was so obsessed with just stroking their hair, touching their hair.

I feel like there's a lot of witchy things that you can do to try to get pregnant, too. There's a lot of different rituals. But I feel like one of the things that a lot of people do is like wrapping up a baby blanket or like a onesie underneath their Christmas tree just to say like next year there there will be

eating apple seeds apparently too.

That's like a New England.

That's interesting. Superstition. I had a full-on womb ritual performed by my

14:00

friend Ashley. It definitely didn't work. So, I actually ordered some sperm. Okay, I've got three chanc to cart. I ordered it from a site. Okay, I get they send one sample at a time and they send it in this big like nitrogen tank thing. So, um I did have an at home incimination kit and before that Ashley performed an entire womb ritual which she said that she like extensively researched. We had to make these like twig dolls to like keep under the bed. She painted like an egg wash onto my stomach. We Well, actually, it was really sad. She went to sage my undercarriage and the sage went out immediately. I

like my [ __ ] put that sage right

right on out. I don't need to be cleansed.

I'm obsessed with this.

We did a lot. There was also a turtle involved. Do you know about turtles being something like some sign of fertility? Like

15:00

she brought a like a I thought it was real at first and I was terrified. She brought a turtle in an aquarium into the room to to to bear witness.

What a good friend.

It was really

These are extremely

Yeah.

I'll say one thing. My friends are very supportive and everyone really wants me to get pregnant and it unfortunately it hasn't happened. I did the first incimination by myself and then the second incimination I'm going to have the doctor do.

Okay. Do you have to like lay lay backwards or something?

Well, after Yep. I had to lay down and and hold that position for a little while. Yep. So,

wow.

Mhm.

I'm really picturing it now. Yeah. I'm glad I can't get out of my head. Wow. Well, we're we're wishing and hoping for you and sending all of our

fertility magic your way.

I know. I'm like racking my brain right now trying to think of all the different rituals and like things that we could do.

You have like a weird gift. husband.

Karin Karin has a weird gift.

Oh, what's that?

I feel like every time you

16:00

point my finger and say something, it tends to happen, which is really creepy.

I've accidentally had people

I'm taking Harry away just so you don't intimidate him.

It's like it's not about you, Harry.

I've accidentally had people die, but I've also accidentally had

I'm sorry.

become pregnant.

I've accidentally had people die.

A teacher. Wait, do I want to risk d Okay, so either I'm going to die or

she said Yeah, she said she said specifically with her finger like I curse you.

Yeah. And my brother, same thing. But like one time he's done it, that person did also perish. So we were both like

okay.

But you've also like Yeah. You've had it happen with pregnancies and stuff.

Yes. With a few friends that have tried to get pregnant within like a few days of me being like you're next.

Whitney is womb out like What are Okay. Well, I can't do it under pressure. I'm just going to do it at some random point during this episode.

Okay.

I'm ready. Okay. I'll just be ready. I mean, I'll stay ready. I stay I stay ready

17:00

cuz I don't want to like I have to feel it. It has to like just be completely natural and come and then I'll

inseminate you.

It has to come.

You have to come and I'll throw it at you.

Okay. you have had a lot of paranormal experiences and then we had quite a few things happen when we were at the Henry Derby house

and specifically with the seance where

Henry Derby House tee-up (not a full chapter unless you add footage here)

Leanne from Pentagram came and kind of like walked us through different forms of communicating

but your mom came through Heny your cat came through which I also just have to point out that you booked the house being like oh my god I booked this really cool like historical old looking New England house and you send us the listing and we're like

Winnie, we just were there. That place is super haunted. We just did a full investigation and you're like, "Oh my god."

Yeah. I didn't even realize when I booked it. I was like, "Oh my god, they're going to think this house is so cool." And then you're like, "We were just there." I was like, "Oh."

But also like it's haunted. And you had some people in your party that were a little scared by that.

18:00

Absolutely. Honestly, you know, for me, I thought it was all very interesting. I'll be honest, I don't know that I ever felt scared.

Um, I felt intrigued. I felt curious.

I felt interested. I never felt scared.

non-human breastfeeding & psychic dreams

But the the scariest thing in that house to me was that doll, Courtney.

How was that scary? You were breastfeeding the doll.

I feel like you felt super connected to

and and I did. And I did feel connected, but she wanted to creep me out at first, but then I felt that she needed to be breastfed. And this is a thing with me. So, obviously I have not been a mother yet, but I have breastfeeding dreams constant. Sometimes it's an iguana hanging off the tip. Sometimes it's a dog, it's a ferret, it's you just don't know what it's going to be.

What does that mean?

Yeah. What does a dream exactly? But usually the scary thing is the reason I I immediately breastfed Courtney is because in my dreams, what always happens is I like come to like I'll just be going about my day somewhere and all of a sudden I'm like, well, holy crap, I

19:00

have an infant that needs to be breastfed. And then I have to go in search of of said infant, whether it's a ferret or a baby or whatever it is. And then I find it and I always think it's dead and I put it to my teeth and I encourage it to suckle and if I don't bring that thing back to life and it's always that way. That's always how I dream it.

You're making this sound like so romantic and like wait, no, but this is turning into a horror movie. like the pressure of but to talk out of my ass cuz I don't know anything about dream interpretation but it does feel like it's a metaphor for how much energy you give to other people.

I was thinking the same thing.

Interesting.

And you're constantly pouring into others.

Interesting.

Literally to the point where you're

giving them life and giving them your own resources.

That's very interesting. I've never thought about it that way. I always took it, I guess, more literally because I've always wanted to be a mom, but then I have a lot of anxiety about being a mom.

20:00

I'm sure Karen, you can probably relate to that. Like, unless you just think that you're just a great mom and you don't have any worries. Well, then forget you.

Then [ __ ] you.

[ __ ] you.

I'm over here riddled with postpartum depression and anxiety. I think I have the most worries.

Exactly. So, I always took it like that and and sometimes it like kind of scared me because I was like, God, would I be one of those moms that just like forgets they have a child? like you know and that's that anxiety in the dream is horrible is like the moment that I realize when I remember

that I have an infant somewhere

interesting

and my body is like reacting to this story I don't mean to

anxious no I'm just like did I just forget that I had a child

no you did he's right outside I saw him earlier

he's here he's present cute about it is right right cute about it yeah

so what's the strangest thing you've breastfed in your dreams

well probably an animal. I really think there was one time where there was an iguana and and that was weird to me cuz it's not usually reptilians. It's usually mammals um that I'm feeding. And

21:00

I remember the iguana was just kind of hanging there

like

I transported him like he had mobile feeding like he was wowing on the go.

He was just dangling there and you were handsree handsree.

That is a dream. It is really hard to just breastfeed on the go.

Yeah, I'm sure it is.

Wow. So, you know, it's I have actually very vivid dreams. I'm sure you guys have done some sort of dream episode, have you?

We've done different like listener story dreams, but not no like interpretation

cuz I remember once I think these were encounters, but like where people would there's a name for this where they would meet in in like a dream world, that kind of thing. But I've never astral projected, but I have very vivid dreams more than anyone I've ever met. I dream constantly so many things. It's like a movie. It sometimes it's um premonition like it's crazy.

What have you had?

This is the weirdest one that this was the first one I remember ever having

22:00

when I was younger. Okay.

I had this dream like I said I dream like movies. I mean the details it's crazy. And I was just looking at this cooler. Um I was kind of like on a bank. There was water in front of me. There was a big cooler and there was a big old fish, like a gutted fish laying on some ice, right? No idea what it meant. Just that that image was with me. Not two days later did I go with my brother to some like boy scout thing and I walked over and looked down into this cooler and saw this big old gutted fish laying on that. It was exactly what I dreamed. Exactly.

It's so interesting because that makes me think about time. like is everything existing all at once?

Mhm.

And it was like less of a premonition. It was more of like you were living it already.

It just I saw it like

Whitney's psychic mom

Did your mom have stuff like this?

My my mom was very psychic.

Yeah.

My mom was extremely psychic just knowing things before they happened. And I was always the type like you know in school for example I just knew anytime I was going to be called on I knew like

23:00

every time I was like oh that's going to be me or whatever. And it always was. And she would use her powers. She was a good witch. She would use Well, she was kind of a bad witch. She She would bring voodoo dolls to my soccer games. Okay.

No way. And my dad was president soccer association.

Is my god.

That's the best boss badass [ __ ] Like, pull up your dating app right now cuz that needs to be the answer to one of the prompts like immediately.

Two truths in a lie. My mom bring voodoo dolls to my soccer game.

Bab Thor sitting there with her little soccer visor on with her voodoo. She and she brought ones for other y'all need a voodoo doll.

I've got an extra. And she would literally make the little So if we were playing our rival, right? Our rival team was the soccer bells. So we're playing the soccer. She would have the soccer bells. She would have a little um soccer bell uniform, you know, she would put I mean my mom went all in. She took motherhood very seriously. Okay. Amazing.

Yeah. And she's probably the reason for

24:00

all my success and all my trauma. But

she used to work on stuff for me, right? So I'd be like, "Mom, I need you to work on this." She'd be like, "Whitney, I'm working as as much as I can." But that was just her putting her mental energy like towards something.

And she died two years ago. And even when she the last year of her life when she was um compromised a lot, like cognitively,

she but she was still there. She was definitely still there. And I would still say to her sometimes like, "Mommy, are you still working on things like working on my man or like who I'm going to marry or whatever?" And she was like, "I'm working on it." And I fully believe she's still working on it.

Oh yeah.

Probably has more ability to work on it from the other side.

I know. I know.

I also keep trying to find a way to connect Annie to all of this and like

like what if Annie is your future child?

Maybe

like I've been looking for Annie. Like I said for 30 years I've been wanting to know about Annie. I just don't know. Well, I do feel like we hear stories like that, too, where people keep seeing like they're almost like haunted by the image of this like young child or or

25:00

like this one person and then they realize much later in life that that is their kid when their kid is like seven or 14 or whatever. They're like, "Oh my god, that's them."

BMI is nonsense & cannibalism

Yeah. And I just feel like who knows because with me, my motherhood journey is still so wide open. Like I could get accidentally pregnant, although I've been trying for a long time to do that. Never happened. But I could get accidentally pregnant. I could get inciminated. And then I really I looked into adoption years ago. But you know what they told me?

What?

They told me that I didn't fit the criteria because of my BMI, my depression diagnosis, and the fact that I was single. And I was like, if I wasn't single, fat, and crazy, I wouldn't need to adopt. Okay. Like I would I would certainly have no problem that that's exactly why I'm here. See? So adoption might be difficult for me. But it's definitely something I've actually I've always considered that. And uh when I lived in Korea in my early 20s, um adoption, this is about 15 years ago, so adoption was still really stigmatized there. And I always thought I would love to adopt a Korean baby, but

26:00

I went on that website and they won't let me adopt their babies either.

What the

That's so crazy, isn't it?

I'm sorry.

Yeah, especially when you like look at like there's no test for parents.

Yeah. And it's interesting because many of us are very medicated for all the same things.

Certainly. And with the BMI thing, they just check the BMI, but they're not looking at Okay. but do you have high blood pressure? Do you have some like chronic illness? Like are you not going to be around for They're not checking any of that. They're only checking the BMI. So you could have like all these health problems and be thin and they're like, "Yeah, cool. We'll give you a baby."

Which is so wild.

And BMI is also ridiculous.

Of course. Of course.

Those are fake numbers. They they don't they don't actually indicate

no. You know what? I always say that this is like the greatest thing is to be a pie on those charts because if anyone tried to to kidnap us, I'm like, I know that I would have a few seconds where they're struggling where I could make some extra moves, right?

You know, if we were in the dollar pass incident or anything like that, we're in Siberia, we're in a plane crash, I'm

27:00

going to live off this fat for a long time. Cuz see, then I also feel like I'm like, I got to learn some self-defense because they would absolutely be trying to murder me first because they could all eat me. Who wants to read something really crazy cuz I'm about to let you see something. Okay,

so you know, I've been on television for over a decade now, right? I just get the strangest messages from people and this I promise this relates. Who wants to read it

that they want to eat your toe?

This is the message that I got yesterday.

Please go ahead. We could do a whole segment on Stop.

Now, go ahead, read it.

Hello, Miss Whitney Thor. I am an 18-year-old boy who has dreamed since childhood that my flesh would be roasted and you would eat me. I would like to be your food and you would eat me. I ask you not to give up on my offer because I have sweet and delicious flesh. If you accept my offer, let me know so that my long-standing wish may come true. y'all.

28:00

And I have gotten some weird [ __ ] in life. That That is the weirdest. Yeah. Mhm.

But this is like a thing where it goes beyond fetishes. Like people have actually like signed up and died this way.

I know. You know that guy?

There's that German one, too, where like Craigslist.

He's 18.

Oh, I know that one. 18 years old.

18. And he wants to be eaten by you, Whitney.

I feel sick.

Isn't it gross?

That's quite the honor. Of all people, he chose you.

Usually. Yeah, I feel Usually people want to eat me. So, I was like, "Well, this is a better

this is a role reversal."

Yeah. I prefer this.

Yeah. But I I started to really get into it as I was thinking. I was like, "Well, am I eating him like while he's alive?" Cuz I'm like, "If he's already dead, then he doesn't know he's being eaten, you know?" So, I'm like, "How does that work exactly? And how would we go about it?" Have you ever been to the cannibal museum in San Diego? I don't know if it's a traveling museum, but

No. No, I have not, but it sounds like you have.

I have. But they have at the very end they have a really interesting like board where they have magnets and people on their way out can can like vote on

29:00

what they would consider cannibalism because after you learn all about it it's like well what do you consider? Do you consider like if you

the skin particles that are in the air that we're breathing in every

Yeah. Exactly. Like dust breathing in is that cannibalism is biting your fingernails and then and then like

literally swallowing it or like a booger or something. Is that

cannibis? Is that cannibis?

Is that cannibalism? Right. Exactly. Okay. So, it is it is an interesting like what's the line because if if it's just truly

divine is literally severing off someone's body part and cooking it up on a nice skillet or a barbecue and

I would say to me it's got to be something about the body part literally becoming unattached from the body.

Like that's a different ballgame. Like if I'm licking your face, that's one thing. If I have your thumb in my mouth, we're in a different

Yeah. I don't want to Yeah.

Your severed thumb. Some people like Some people like a thumb sucking. You know,

I cannot relate at all to cannibalism, but what I can relate to like I could

30:00

see myself being that lady who like wore diapers, chopped off a penis and then like drove 12 hours straight and chucked it out the window.

Sorry. What? Okay. I

I see that too. I have to be honest. I've listened to your podcast for a long time and that was the funniest most shocking thing I've ever heard. Like I typically like I know you guys well enough from listening to you. I know where you're going with it. I I

That was a curveball.

I was unawares. That took me by surprise.

That's rich. Okay.

Um yeah, the detail there. You're wearing a diaper as well.

Well, no. This is a thing. You guys don't remember this?

No, this is a real person.

Some woman who Yes. Yes. There was someone a few years ago who she she I forget exactly why she wanted to do this, but

motivation's unimportant.

Yeah, motivation's unimportant, but her partner, she chopped off his penis, put on diapers, and went on like a 12-hour road trip and chucked it out of the window. Do you know what though? feel like this is the perfect amalgamation of Lena Bobbit and then that woman who was like she worked in the space industry

31:00

and she killed somebody like her her boyfriend's lover or something and she drove with diapers so that like she didn't have to stop.

That's like the two of these crossings.

Well, you got to do what you got to do.

Where should Where's your husband at?

Yeah, right. His wedding ring was like lingering on a table there somewhere. seen him? No, I haven't se I I I've yet to meet Brian, so I don't know that he actually exists. And I'm just going to put that out there for for enjoy the lunch that Karin has prepared for us after this.

Oh, how exciting.

It's Brian on a platter. Some meat

like while we're eating.

Oh god.

Some tartar. How did we get here?

Henry Derby House experience

I don't know. But we do need to go back to Let's talk about what actually happened when we were at Yes. So, let's talk about the seance a little bit more.

Okay. At the Henry Derby House, which is where you and some of your girlfriends were staying,

Sabrina and I came, crashed the party

with some witchy salon people. We were super happy about it.

It was really fun. And we had never done

32:00

a seance before. That was our first time.

We all sat around and Leanne led us through

connecting. I mean, it was really interesting, too, because I feel like since there was such a big group, I was like, how is she going to tap in and know who she's tapping into,

but a lot of stuff came through and she seemed to be able to do it so quickly.

Mhm.

I also was really surprised at what the seance was like because I think from movies and stuff like I was picturing the others where we're like all around a table and like someone's like basically getting like head to the side. I see the woman. Like that's kind of what I was thinking. Extra extra spooky, but it was really beautiful. Like there was a lot of connection between all of us during

it. I thought truly the cuddle coven was born out of the seance.

Yeah. It felt very sisterhoodish and it just felt very I almost thought seances were scary. Yeah. like you didn't know what was going to happen, but it just felt very comfortable and like I would say it was affirming and

33:00

encouraging and warm.

And I feel like almost everybody had somebody

come through.

You know what the wildest thing actually for me was? When we were doing the automatic writing and I actually didn't tell you this because I didn't like at the time I was like whoa. But Karen had like her automatic writing was like a full sentence, like a full thought.

Yours was really beautiful. I remember that

it was 100% for me. And I believe it was my house communicating to me.

Stop.

Because at the time I was actually not living in my house. I was like living in an apartment down the street and I think the house missed me. And we'll have to I have the piece of paper somewhere, but it was like what was it like white house? It was like white house like dirt road which originally your house was built on dirt road and then it was just like I can't remember

like it was about like missing you and

34:00

then

yeah there was a lot I can't remember the details because I was so confused about it and I was like what is this cuz it felt like and it and I kept seeing this like brunette woman but like she wouldn't show her face and it was like she was cloaked and it felt like there was kind of like this like stickiness between me and that person where I like I couldn't fully figure out what was going on. So, I didn't maybe know that it was Sabrina. You know what? This is crazy. And I was so I know you're not probably not supposed to be jealous while you're doing these. I was really jealous of your automatic writing because mine was like I think I started writing like the Actually, I'm I'm just going to embarrass myself. I was just writing the lyrics to UB40's Red Wine. That's what my automatic writing was.

Well, honestly, sometimes you have to like do stuff like that to get your brain like flowing and for you to not really think about something and then other stuff. when Karen came out with this like poetic like narrative about a about a house on a dirt road and then to now know that it actually was speaking to you.

That is crazy.

It was crazy cuz like I was so confused by it and then we were whispering on the

35:00

side like in that room she was like pointing out like the lines that I was reading wait your chicken soup or whatever. So I ran cuz that was the thing I was like automatic writing is such a weird we've never done it before. It does feel like how do you differentiate between what is your own internal dialogue and what is like message from spirit? But I wrote down chicken and then I was like writing a couple things and then I wrote soup. And when we were going around I was like I don't know like maybe this means something. I wrote chicken soup and Leanne was like that's the title of the song that my mom and I loved.

Mhm. It was like their song.

Do you remember how Leanne knew that we had been to the Boston Ballet as well? Me and Ashley and Jessica. She was like

she wrote down Opera House. Yeah, we were just there.

It's so Oh, I'm like getting chills right now cuz it's also spooky. It's like the spirits are all telling on us to each other. We have no secrets.

They're always watching.

They're always watching. We might not know what it means, but like someone else in the room is like, "Well,

careful automatic writing." You really do because they will be airing your tea

36:00

out to all manner of people.

Yeah.

Mhm. The one thing that I was just a little bit skeptical of in the experience

Oh, I bet I know what you're going to say.

Was the table tipping. Same. Same. It just happened so fast.

It was so fast. And like Karin and I were at the one end of the table and it was the only end of the table that wasn't really lifting. And K and I looked at each other as it was happening. We're like, I don't know. And we had that experience a lot with like Ouija boards and stuff where it's like like the two of us there, it doesn't move and then one other person's hand is on and then all of a sudden it's moving and we're like, h

that's how I felt. It didn't feel like anything was happening to me or I was like some something's doing this but it's not me. Like what is happening? Yeah.

And we did bring it up to some other spooky people in the community where we were like we witnessed our first table dipping but we were not sure what to think of the experience. And one person told us, they were like, "Oh my gosh, you should see." And I can't remember the name of the guy, but they said that they witnessed table tipping. They've only witnessed it like one time before

37:00

and it was with this guy and he does it himself. So it's like

that's where you like it's undeniable. It's hard when there's like 10 people around a table where you're like, is everyone barely putting any pressure? But it's just enough light.

See, I am really into a lot of spooky stuff. But I'll be honest, like I guess I'm a skeptic because I've had like tons of psychic readings for example, and there's only been two instances in two readings, not even the full readings, just two little instances that actually impacted me. I want to believe, but if I don't just actually believe, I can't make myself believe.

I think healthy skepticism is good, though, because you don't want to just believe everything, right?

That's coming from you guys. That's interesting. Well, yeah, because we do believe everything,

but I think we believe everything when if someone sends us their story, like who are we to say? We believe like the anecdotes. We believe people's experiences that they share with us. But when we go like for readings

or if we're in a particular group

38:00

setting where we don't like really know all the people that are on an on an investigation, we do have a lot of skepticism about like the energy brought in like what is actually authentically true. Is someone just responding to our reactions in our faces? Is this actually a sign?

It's more distrust of the other people because we don't know that.

Because you don't know. Yeah.

psychic readings

Yeah. It kills me like especially with psychic readings like and I just can't I'm a very like no [ __ ] type of person. I just can't like in any in any instance. So when I have a psychic giving me a reading and they're saying something and they're looking at me like yeah, I'm just like

cuz they're looking for cues to see if they're getting it right. In fact, there was this one. I was in the East Village one time, like in my early 20s, drunk as a skunk.

And my friend from college, she's like, "Oh, there's a psychic. Let's go." I was like, "Absolutely." We go in there. This is what this woman done told me. She told me that I was fat like the wild turkey. And I was like, "Ma'am, I came here for some [ __ ] that I don't know." You know, I didn't need I have a mirror

39:00

and I don't need you to tell me.

I was like, "What part does that like what does that serve? What does that mean?" I was like, "And yes, I am." And then she told me that I She was like, "When you make your pasta, don't put too much butter in it." And I was like, "All right, well, [ __ ] you, man.

Okay, girl." And I paid for this. I paid for this advice, right? I have had psychics tell me the most ridiculous things, but I do have a kind of a cool one. One time I walked into a psychic and she just looked at me and said, "Tell me about Korea." It was the first thing she said to me. And I She had no way of knowing that I lived in Korea for 5 years. Crazy specific.

Yeah. And then the rest of the reading wasn't that good. But then I had another one with my mom, actually. And the we did it for the the show. I actually don't remember if it ever aired. This would have been season two, I think. So, I don't know if it aired or not, but we did shoot it. But she was giving my mom a reading, but she was describing me. She was saying, "You you have a future in public speaking. You're writing a book. You're, you know," and I was like, "Okay, well, she's literally just describing me." So, when she was done, she was like, "Does any of that

40:00

resonate?" And we said, "Well, no, it actually sounded like it was me." And she said, "Well, sometimes that happens. You know, the energy gets like confused right next to each other." So then we wrapped and and the crew's leaving and everything and my mom and I are in the car and all of a sudden she comes out to the car and she goes, "Who's Peggy?" And I was like, "Don't nobody know nobody named Peggy." But then my mom was like, "Well, that's my mom." And I was like, "Mom, your mom's name was Margaret." Like, but apparently Peggy is the I had no idea. I had I didn't know my grandmother. She died when I was like two or three. Had no idea anyone ever called her Peggy. had no clue. So she said, "Oh, that's my mom." And she said, "Well, I your mom wants you to know that she is here. She didn't want to come out with the camera. She is here and she's very proud of you." My mom immediately started crying.

Oh, that's so special.

And then she goes, "And what's the connection with the Cherokee Indians?" Again, I'm like, "No idea." Right. Well, Cherokees are in North Carolina, right? So, um, turns out that when my mom was young, they she used to go up to Cherokee to the reservation and see this play that they would put on every

41:00

summer. And it was a native woman who came up to my grandmother while my mom was a young child and said, "What's her name?" And and my grandmother said, "Her name is Barbara." And the Cherokee woman said, "You have to call her Babs." So So a Cherokee woman literally named my mom.

You have to call her Babs.

And the psychic knew that. And I was like, "That's that's kind of wild."

Yeah.

See, it's it's instances like that where

if you find someone like that, a psychic like that, hold on to them.

Never let them go.

Yeah. Do you remember their name? We need

No. And I never went back. Isn't that crazy? I know. I never went back.

But it was And it was funny because really during the reading, you know, the one that we were filming, I was thoroughly unimpressed. I was like, "Okay." Plus, I was like, "You probably Googled me." And you're like, "Oh." You know, so just like, "Oh, you're in the performing arts." Like, "Okay." Yeah. Um,

that's hard when you're like in the public space. And like even when people will send us DMs be like, "Oh, I got this reading for you." And it's like, well, you could have Googled that or did we talk about that on the podcast? And

42:00

but that's those are details you didn't know.

No, even I Right. But it's crazy that you say that because I actually I find this very offensive. So I since my mother died, um, you know, she was really my entire career has just been been a vehicle to like give my mother to the public. Like she was the star of everything. She's amazing. And so people love her. Like she's motherred people all over the world. Like don't want to cry, but she's she's wonderful. So people, in fact, I just got one the other day, will always write to me on Instagram or wherever and be like, "Oh, I got this message from your mom." And and I'm like, "No, you [ __ ] didn't." Like, but but to be honest, no, you didn't. And how insulting to me. And I just think have some emotional intelligence. Like, you were a stranger who watched my mother on TV. You didn't actually know her at all. And you're telling me that she had a chance to come communicate back to the earthly plane with someone and she chose you

of all people. She didn't come to me. She didn't come to my dad. She didn't come to my brother. She came to you. Like get a grip on life, you know. Um that I actually find very offensive and

43:00

I would absolutely rather not hear that stuff ever.

I feel that same way with like, you know, they talk about psychics calling in when like kids go missing, murdered families. It's like taking advantage. But I also believe that they're Yes. And but then I also believe there are people who really believe that they're being contacted by that spirit. But again, it goes back to like how much of this is psychological in our own head that we're manifesting and creating because we want it to be real.

It's really fascinating. And I'm one of those people, even though

those are literally the only two psychic experiences that I've had that I felt like I believed in. I've had other readings that I'm like, "Oh, yeah, that was actually kind of accurate." But still nothing that blew me away. But even though I'm that much of a skeptic, I will still take every opportunity to go to a psychic. Like,

well, you never know when one is going to hit. Exactly. I'm like, I'll still go like I want to believe always, but I actually think I'm pretty skeptical when you get down to it.

You know what's really interesting is I'm thinking about our listener Litha

44:00

who Litha she like moderates some of our our stuff on Two Girls One Ghost and she's just like this incredible

like witch basically. She's like unlocked all of these powers. And in the Discord a year ago, we were witness to her suddenly getting all these messages for another listener uh and moderator Eric and like all these things. And Eric was giving nothing. He was like, "Yep, and go on." And and Lithic kept like pulling things out.

Wasn't it his like great um

Well, you got to be on Patreon to get this cuz I'm not on Patreon, [ __ ] I hate to tell y'all, but I do not make not

Discord. No, anyone can join.

There's like one Patreon only Discord, but like the rest of it's free.

But Litha, it's just reminding me like she when I first moved into this house,

I hadn't posted any pictures of it. I still very rarely post any pictures, but like it was very fresh, very new. And Letha was like, "I don't know if this means anything, Karen, but I'm having these weird visions." And she started describing my sun room, exactly what it looked like, the pond in the back, like the the forest, the amount of trees, like it was like weirdly specific. And

45:00

she was like, "Does this mean anything to you?" And I was like, "That's literally my house." And then she was like, and then I'm getting and she was describing all these weird things. It was she was describing a basket, like a gift basket that we' made for a neighbor who just had a baby. And she was describing everything in the basket.

And I was like, "That's on my counter." Wow, I want to meet Letha. I

that would that kind of stuff would blow me away.

But like that's a thing where like she was developing these things and so she didn't even trust herself

in her reading.

That's incredible. I love

I know that's like one time I tried to astral project to Karen and like this was when I was on the West Coast so Karin was 3 hours ahead and I knew that she was like asleep

and so I was like trying to I think I was getting a massage so I was like I'm in this meditative state. you're thinking of me while you're like getting

Well, I was like, "Where else am I going to astral project? Who else is going to believe that I'm showing up?"

Right. If I see you, I'm going to be like, I'm going to call you immediately like, "Oh my god, did you just visit me?"

Exactly. But then I was like visualizing myself leaving my body and all of this

46:00

stuff, but then I was like, I've been to Kin's place, so now am I just like visualizing what I've already seen?

And I don't think I don't think I actually showed up to your house, but I would love to.

I would love for you to as well. But I do want to talk about something on this. Sorry. Yeah. Yes. And I'm pivoting

and something else. Yes.

Yes. And back to me. Correct. I want to

podcast office ghost's identity revealed

talk about this because it was something that happened in our Henry Derby investigation that we haven't talked about on the podcast, but we've alluded to on our Patreon, like on Campfire Stories, that we had a massive discovery as to who was haunting this podcast office.

Oh my god. Do you remember this?

Yes.

Remember? Okay. So, there's been a lot of weird hauntings that have happened here. And one time when we first moved in before the wallpaper and paint and everything was up, I was standing right here. There was almost nothing in this office. I was standing where Harry is and dirt materialized and fell onto I heard that

out of nowhere.

Out of nowhere. And I was like, "That's poltergeist activity. There must be a demon here."

47:00

But nothing jumped a demon.

There must be a demon. Like nothing else really scary happened. We understood who exactly did that when we were at the Henry Derby house because it was when we were doing our investigation and we were upstairs in one of the rooms and I can't remember how it happened. How were we led back down? I remember

the bowl.

Yeah, because one of the like boxes although I remember what did we There was like a clown car and like a Barbie doll.

Those were upstairs. I think

we were using

We were using

something but it told us to go to the kitchen. remember it said kitchen and so we went down and then somehow we got attached to the bowl that was in that attached room. Yeah. So we sat in there with the bowl and then we still had the

Was that Ghost tube or was that her What do you call those tube on? And then she had a re pod.

A re pod. Yeah. Yeah. And then weren't you using doussing rods or was I at that point?

You were using my rods. I was using your rods. I'm still waiting for the moment where you point at Whitney and say, "Pregnant."

48:00

Me, too. Have you not felt it yet?

Can't wait for you to come, Ken.

It's coming. It's coming.

Ken, come.

Come on command

on demand.

Okay. No, but we were in that room and I feel like we all had big revelations in that room.

Well, you're not going to explain it to the listeners. I mean, my god.

Okay.

There's a big buildup.

Wait, hear it again.

It builds up before you come.

Before you come. Yeah, this is more foreplay than I'm used to. Oh my god. But when we were using all these communicative tools, we were asking questions like, who are you? Are are you here to talk to someone in this room? And it said yes. And we went through everyone and then it said yes to me. And then we said, are you a relative of mine? No. Do I know you? No. And then someone, maybe it was like one of the investigators that was with us thought to ask the question, is this someone from a previous investigation somewhere that Karin has previously been? They said yes. We went through every single place. The very last place we offered up was the Conjuring House and immediately went yes. And then that's when I was like, "Are you Bob?" And it said, "No." And then it's like, "Are you Peter?" And

49:00

Peter was the ghost at the Conjuring House that I was vibing with. Me and Peter, possible flirtation.

Exactly.

So the story is we were sitting in the Conjuring House with Greg and Dana and we were just like chatting with the spirit box and trying to get to know the ghosts of the house and Peter kept coming through.

Yeah. and he was joking about so there's

came through where exactly

not through me I was not touched it I wasn't nothing like that but at the conjuring house there is supposedly there's a theory that there are some buried bodies on the property and that is what is contributing to some of the hauntings they've used the like lidar scan and found actually some coffinsized graves and there they put out like little markers on the property

I hate that

so Peter came through and said that he and Bob are in the dirt that they're worms from food and he kept cracking jokes about being dead and buried underneath the dirt.

And then when we were at the Henry Derby house, I was like, "Oh my god, dirt." And then I was like, "Was that you?" And he immediately went, "Yes."

50:00

And then I was like, "Are you just visiting right now? Do you just come like time and time?" "No." "Are you always with me?" "Yes."

"Yes." "Don't tell Brian." He might get jealous.

I mean, the amount of times like talks about like running off with Bigfoot, I think Brian's good.

Here's the thing. Brian's never listened to an episode of this podcast.

Does he really not? He doesn't watch scary movies. There's so many so many shows up that like we'll start watching and be like I can't watch this and I'm like this isn't even slated as a thriller.

Oh that's yeah he's too sweet. We watch like Modern Family and things like that together.

But yeah, so we may have had a revelation that Peter from the Conjuring House has followed Karen.

Yeah, that's really really interesting.

Me and my friend Peter discovered Henry Derby.

You know I kind of love that. Like I guess I don't know if we all have spirit guides or whatever. Now I did get my aura photography done here in Salem.

Yes, that's right. And I it did show that I had some spirit guides and I would love to know who they are, what they are or whatever. So like is Peter just an entity that's attached or is he attached like what's the reason for his attachment? Like is he guiding you? Is

51:00

he just bored? Is he

come along at any time? Right.

Or do they become

Cuz he's obviously benign. He's not like a dam. So he's just hanging out.

Yeah. What's his purpose though? Like what does he what does he want from you? Because everybody wants something from someone in this world. You know what I mean?

Well, I think that's a very cynical um view that you have as you continuously breastfeed everyone from your own teeth.

Correct.

I think you need to have a dream where you breastfeed yourself.

I'm being breastfed.

Yeah.

Where you breastfeed yourself thrown up.

Just clouds of breast like it's raining because I've got things hanging off my teeth. I'm like everybody wants something from you in this world ladies. Oh, y'all just read me so hard,

man. Wow.

Whitney's witchy practices

Okay, but you also Heni came through for you.

Okay, that was the coolest thing for me. I will say out of the entire evening, that was my moment where I was like, "Oo, honestly, even the things that Leanne said about my mom,

52:00

nice, love to believe it, didn't even particularly resonate with me cuz I feel like when my mom decides to come through, like there will be no doubt for me."

So, I don't think I've ever communicated with my mother since she's been dead. But before she died, I did ask her, I said to her, and I have it on a video. I used to set up my camera when we would go to bed at night and I would just record our conversations. So sweet.

I said, "Are you ever leaving me or we're always going to be together?" She said, "I'll try." I said, "You going to be with me forever?" She said, "I'll try."

A

Yeah. And I said, "Are we going to be together in all in all our lifetimes after this?" And she said, "I hope so." And it just like

that's so sweet.

So I know if my mom is going to come through, there's not going to be any doubt. So, I'm I'm still waiting for my moment, but um you know, my cat, my familiar of 17. See, I am a witch now. I just want to take So, y'all me. I mean, you're like, "Oh, we're baby witches. Whatever." I was like, "You know what? Who's to tell me I'm not a baby witch? Who's going to tell me I'm not

a grown ass witch? Like, you're way witchier than us."

Who's going to tell me I have a grimoire?

53:00

Okay. I went out. I got all the crystals I need. I got a crystal.

You have a penis crystal on your altar.

I have an alter. Look, I really and I consult my rods all the time. I know what candles to burn to do certain spells. Uh I just had a birthday where I did like a birthday ritual in the bath. I've done a ritual with Jessica um who you guys met at the Henry Derby house. We did kind of just like a self-love ritual during the pink moon.

So yeah, and I got a really great book. I was going to get you guys a copy. I'm sure it's stuff you mostly already know, but I think it is such a good like foundational like baby witch book. What is it?

Um, it's I can't tell you because I don't know, but it's a nice little pretty green book and it is just like very straight to the point. Tells you it talks about the different kind of witches you can be like green witch, an elemental. I'm an elemental witch.

We like to say we're like eclectic or chaos witches.

Yeah. See, I I feel like I'm either eclectic witch cuz I want to pick from different things, but I feel like I'm really drawn to like all of my rituals

54:00

so far and spells have either included water or fire. I even have a cauldron.

Like I literally bought a cauldron. They all included water. Yeah. It's for real.

Oh my god.

And you know what I love about it? This is the thing. And because I'm a skeptic, I feel like cuz I already know when this hits the television, right, middle America is going to be like this some satanic [ __ ] But the thing is, I don't know if any of this like I don't know if it works. I don't know what it means. Whatever. But what's amazing is that it has helped me start to live intentionally. like it's just helped me think about like goals and things that I want and it's helped me feel like it's given me some semblance of intention and control over my life and I'm like if that's all it does then so be it. That's really helpful.

But also I want to remind you that you have so many experiences that you can fall back on where you do have your intuition, you do have premonitions, you do have all of these things that sounds like it came down from your mom's

55:00

ancestral line. So, I mean, I I do believe and Sabrina, too, like we both believe anyone can be a witch. It's all about intention and energy and the things you're hoping to get out of just like the world around you.

And it doesn't even have to be the term witch. Like, you could be spiritual. You could like manifest like even like manifestation that people do, I think, is a form of witchiness.

I told Sabrina the other day, I was like, I'm realizing I'm actually way more religious than I thought. Cuz I never thought I was religious.

I was always like, oh, I'm spiritual. And then I was realizing how many times I like speak to the universe or I speak to who is out there or like the wind and I'm like what difference is that between like doing that and like a prayer when people speak to Jesus or whatever.

Exactly. Like my spells and my little rituals like I had somebody look at me a scance the other day and I was like it's literally like it's the same thing you're doing when you're just praying. It's the same thing.

People write like have their religious candles or whatever,

right? And I burn a bay leaf say you know people have been just talking to the universe much longer than they've been talking to Jesus. But that's just

56:00

my own personal belief. So anyway, I do want to say that I really, you know, something I really appreciate about you too is not only that you're here in real life and I can touch you, let me touch what

make everyone jealous. True.

All the people who want to touch my face.

Guys, we're all sucked. We can't do this for free.

Yeah. No, we No, we don't.

$5 on Patreon and you can see Whitney's toast.

10 15.

Okay.

Don't play me. 15. Obviously, it should be more. 500. I know my worth, but I really just like meeting you guys has been so exciting for me and I truly have always felt like oh my gosh like I want to be their friend, right?

But I know you manifested it.

I I know. I really did and it's really real and I feel like we really like each other. We do.

I got nervous. I was like and we and you really like me. I was like let me not say that

just just in case I don't start manifesting that now too and it might be true.

It might be true. But it's really wonderful. I feel like you guys have given me like friendship and excitement and I'm definitely just like kind of I want to say I'm coming out of a midlife

57:00

crisis but I don't really know if I'm on the way out but I'm in the midst of a midlife crisis definitely.

Well, you did say that this is the happiest you've ever been right now in this moment. So, it sounds like you're on the up and up. It feels like you had a late Saturn return almost.

Yeah. Well, no, but I had my Saturn return too because 10 years ago is when I started television and when I like self-actualized really quickly and kind of found my purpose in life. So, I definitely had my Saturn return. But meeting you guys has rejuvenated me. It's made me more in touch with myself. It's made me more curious. It's made me more interested and more um able to see the magic in the world. It's given me

some excitement and some hope and just thinking for the future. Thinking like my future is is not written yet and it can be whatever I want.

You're literally breastfeeding us right now. Stop.

I know. And I'm horrible at taking compliments. flowing out of my suckling,

you know. Suckle suckle, [ __ ]

What? And it's like, you know what? What

moving to Salem?

does my future hold? Will I Will I move up here? I don't know. You know, I hope

58:00

you do.

Can I Who's going to tell me I That's my Who's going to tell me I can't?

Exactly.

Who's going to tell me I can't? You know, I'm going to say this one thing. You came up already once. We called you and said, "Do you want to come up again?" You didn't really question it. You just immediately got on a plane. I feel like you were really vibing with this area and there's very little getting in the way of you spending time here.

That's true. I

have to be permanent.

Yeah.

Well, I mean my life honestly like I'm going through a lot I'm going through a lot of changes. My body's changing. Uh my body is changing actually.

But I am going through a lot of changes and I just have really been stuck in this rut that like oh I'm 40 and this is what my life is and I'm like you know [ __ ] I got half my life still to do. I mean, what why am I feeling so boxed in? Like, I've always I'm one of the only people, I think, in my my friend group that has ever left Greensboro. Like, I left you obviously left for college, left to Korea, and

you know, I travel extensively and stuff like that. And I just really feel like I've been missing that a lot and I want to get back to it.

59:00

Well, you always have a place to stay at either of ours.

Yeah.

If you don't end up getting a condo, but you

Sabrina's already decided I'm getting a condo. I made I made one comment that I looked at something on the internet and now I'm getting a condom

and we can also tell you a historical fact that can contribute to I feel like this is maybe where you might be in your own headsp space but back in the 1800s like late 1800s a lot of women would be this is this is going to sound bad in the beginning because it's like you know when people would experience these sort of like crisises or like trying to understand like their place in the world

and they would be sent to like a psychiatric fac. But these women were sent to this place in Marblehead, Massachusetts, which is where Sabrina find themselves and like come back to life.

And they would walk on the beach in the fresh sea air and they would create pottery. And there's all of this like marble head pottery that people still find washed on to shore.

And that's from the crazy women.

1:00:00

Yeah,

I'm obsessed.

But it's like the most healing place ever to just be here and just like absorb the energy, absorb the sea. And it's something that people have been doing here for hundreds of years.

I tell there's some there is something about it because I, you know, actually have never felt super connected to the South. I mean, I I'm technically I'm a southern woman, I guess, but everything that's like very southern, like having that kind of like part of your identity. I've never identified with that. I mean, I drink sweet tea and I say y'all, you know what I mean? And

and hate and hate. But when it really comes to like just this southern pride thing and I I'm just like I just have not really just not really ever connected to that now. I love my Appalached Mountains and I love you know where I was born and I my mother

they run up through here. They do. I know

they're less spooky up here but

they're I think they're best in North Carolina. They are we agree with that.

Yeah. But at least you don't say Appalachia. Woo. I know I know you used to but but you've corrected yourself. We've been shamed enough to completely change our lives.

1:01:00

Don't let me talk to Ash and Elena because I will

because I will call them up.

It's true. I I mean I know that they would say well people say people do say things differently. That's true. But some things are just right and wrong and Appalachia is wrong. And I'll say it I'll say it to their face. I'll say it to their face. I'll say Appalachia now. But just know that internally I am saying Oh, I'm saying it wrong. But for everyone else. Yeah. Same. Well, I Oh my

Henchie the cat coming through

god, we didn't even talk about Heni. So, my familiar This is the thing. I feel like we could all just like talk in circles constantly for hours and hours.

Well, that's because I called Henry my familiar and then I had to talk about how how I was a witch in 15 minutes

and how much you loved us and sorry,

I had to I had to put your jeans away. Go back to Henry.

Um, back to Henry. No, that was the most impactful thing for me. So, like I said, I'm still waiting to hear from my dead mother, but my dead cat definitely came through

multiple multiple times.

Multiple times. the seance and at the paranormal investigation portion.

So, my favorite thing was when he came in on the ghost tube and what to me it's

1:02:00

like he only came in and said that when I was asking about like I didn't say cat. I never said anything about cat or like animal or anything and all of a sudden I love the first time cat and then the second time I feel like he kind of interject like cat

like hey pay attention

cat and it's all in that one room.

We have also been to the Henry Derby house. We done a paranormal investigation there prior to this trip with you and

there was no cat.

No cat. There were like none of the things that we experienced with Leanne in our investigation did we experience when we were there with Kayn

prior. It's really interesting to me hearing from Heni made me feel so good. And I've got this other cat lined up. I was supposed to have him already. His name is Machete

and he's just the sweetest little thing. He's so cute.

He's one of the orange orange cats. He's an orange person and he's so cute about it. But he's

so cute about being him.

Yeah. But um he has been a little bit late on his vaccine, so I'm not able to get him yet. I already know we're going to be backed up on the schedule. But um

1:03:00

he I believe didn't we ask if like Machete could be Henchi reincarnated. I feel like yes,

I want to say that the answer was Well, hold on because Leanne said something. Oh, that Heni was with my mom, which I can believe.

Yes, that I do believe. Yeah. But then there was something I want to say that either Heni approved maybe it was that I got

I definitely remember the approval I think we were told that it was a reincarnation but that it was an approved like it was it was him like bringing him to you

and I needed that because I have two cats that were mistakes and I'll say it right now and I'll say it to their face. They are I mean I don't want him to die. Okay. I don't want to

He just didn't have the same connection. I don't want them to run out into traffic, but they are very insecurely attached. The bond is not secure with them. Okay. So, really, I do nothing but feed them, take care of them, you know, give them medical care, and they really give me absolutely nothing. One of them lives upstairs in the attic with my roommate Todd, and like literally doesn't even look at me. So, I thought to myself, if I get another cat, which

1:04:00

I've got this machete lined up, and if he's not right, like if he doesn't love, like, what am I going to do? Cuz you never know with a cat. You just don't know until you know. And if you knew him, you know, but you don't know until you know.

So, I was very nervous. So, to get Henji's approval on Machete made me feel good.

I can't wait to meet Machete.

Oh my gosh.

So cute.

Well, Karen can't look at Karen's like.

Yeah.

Only This really speaks to how much I like you, Karen.

It's not like I don't like cats. I'm literally allergic.

You can't My breathing stops. They kill me.

It's aniflaxis. I understand that. But I'm just saying the fact that I would even fool with you because why would I have a friend who who can't be with me and cat? Why would I have a friend who might go into anaphilaxis if she touches my sweater? Why would I why would I even put myself through it only for Karen? You're known for your allergies, aren't you?

Something's allergic to everything.

Wheat, avocado, weed,

the biggest nerd. You're you're allergic to marijuana. You do in middle school where they come in and they're like, "People die when they smoke weed." And

1:05:00

you're like, "Ah, okay, whatever." Trying to scare. No, I'm literally allergic to the marijuana. That makes one of the scariest encounters I have with Karen was when we took edibles.

And

why did you do that? Well, I tried smoking weed like 10 times before realizing I was definitely very allergic and one of one of them wasn't smoking. It was taking an edible and I could not get you off the floor.

I fainted

and I heard people coming for us. It was very scary.

You had a faint night.

Yeah, truly a faint night. Well, and then like years later after the shame of not being able to even like smoke weed, I like mentioned it at my parents house and my brother goes, "Oh yeah, I also can't smoke weed." He's like, "If people smoke it around me, my my throat starts to close up."

Oh my gosh.

So yeah, we're um we're lucky that we live in the time that we do because natural selection was coming for us. It it tests us every single day.

Do you know I I think about that cuz I'm legally blind, right? I had 2020 vision I think until I was about 10 and then all of a sudden it started to go downhill. And I think about that all the time because I sleep in my I wear my

1:06:00

contacts for like eight months, nine months at a time without ever taking them out. And I think to myself, if I were born in a different time, I would have died already. I would have walked off a cliff. I would have I literally couldn't see. Like something this simple that is this common in today, you know, today's day and age, it would I would have been dead immediately.

I mean, it's like playing the Oregon Trail. Like you're just dysentery, you know, snakes. You're just gone.

I know. And you're gone. It's tough. And then you become a ghost and you haunt people. And at the Henry Der

and people have a podcast about you.

Exactly.

And and and it's Yeah.

insemination & wrap up

Three girls, indeterminate number of ghosts.

And it is indeterminate number. You know what I love about our little um slogan here, indeterminate number of ghosts. It's just so open-ended. It really is.

Do you know what I mean? It like I feel like we're about to end this episode, but it doesn't have to end forever.

No.

Who knows? It's indeterminate.

And it could be happening at all times

in all different timelines.

Yeah. So, we're talking to everyone. And someone's already listening to this episode. It's already out.

In another timeline, you're pregnant. Just like you are going to be pregnant soon. She came.

1:07:00

I feel it.

Do you feel it happening?

Did your uterus just contract?

I felt you. I felt something.

Your ovaries?

No, I did.

I kind of feel something, too.

I just have to pee. That's all I like. My bladder is full. It's funny that you're talking so much about like your boobs cuz I felt electricity from both my boobs kind of like down in my uterus like And you just shot it right over here.

I did. Well, we'll see what happens.

Wow. What if I'm pregnant right now with my child? It comes out and it's like a side business of selling her semen on uh eBay.

Oh my god. So, this is crazy. The So, like I told you, I have three vials of sperm, right? So,

I I artificially inciminated myself. It didn't work. Then I went to the doctor and he artificially inciminated me and I actually have to take a pregnancy test like tomorrow. That's the first day I can test.

Can we say what about today? But I guess we Yeah. Wait. I was like, I guess we could be there tomorrow. Sorry. I'm inserting myself into your fertility drink

1:08:00

tomorrow for your fertility.

You already did insert yourself into

You can say no. Don't let me be like inserting.

Should we all just pee on a stick and see?

Should we do pregnancy roulette?

Oh my god. Can we do pregnancy roulette? I love that.

Wait, I always see videos of those and I was like, "God, I was so terrified. That's how I'm going to find out I'm pregnant." And I don't.

Three tests. We need three tests. Okay, so tomorrow I have one coffee date with my potential job. See, this is the thing. If I get offered a job tomorrow, am I moving here? I don't know.

My friends are going to kill me. How quickly are comfortable making that decision?

I'm a very I'll say this. I'm impulsive. But I always say like I'm not impulsive in the way like I'm not going to spend money I don't have and I'm not going to like do something that's like going to hurt somebody. But I'm the type where if I even think about cutting my hair, it's done. That it is cut that day. Like I have ADHD. Shocker. Um, so I think that part of like impulsivity like that like brings me a lot of dopamine, right? So I'm like, "Oh, I'm looking at this. I like that. Well, I'm just I'm just going to do it." You know? I just So I always

1:09:00

say I'm really decisive, but I think also I'm just really impulsive.

So I may get offered a job tomorrow. We're going to see. Fingers crossed. So we'll do pregnancy roulette then tomorrow.

Oh my god.

Hell yeah. Fun.

Why am I suddenly scared, too?

That's what I'm saying. Someone's going to be pregnant. someone

and who's got multiple

I'm so excited. This was this was actually the funnest day. I know we didn't actually really stick to any topic and I do apologize

but you've listened to the podcast.

It's not exactly what we do every time.

It was really amazing. Dream come true. Obsessed with it.

Thanks for being here.

I know. Thank you for coming up and actually doing

well. Stop. Don't ask me twice when you want to come film a podcast. I am I was literally like on the airline website as we were on the phone.

You asked your dowsing rods and they said yes.

I consult those. I'll take it without consulting those rods. Okay.

And I'll say once we go and we potentially look at some places with you. I'm inserting myself into every

1:10:00

journey of yours.

Okay. But that place it is gorgeous, is it not? It

I just want to go look at it. I actually just kind of want to see the area.

But if we go we ought to look at like two other places

and probably places that are more in my price range than that place. marble head where I live and in my house I have a guest bedroom if you want to come move in.

Correct.

And it's also on the water

and do pottery and reinvent myself.

There is a weird healing energy here. There is there is

there's something in the air.

Yeah.

Well, now that we did the intro together the outro,

but thank you so much for being on our show. We love you, Whitney.

We I love I said we love you. Me and all my familiars and my old

you and your teeth.

We love you.

We love you. And and where can people find you?

Oh, um, well, my television show is My Big Fat Fabulous Life. So, what you're listening to right now will be airing on season 13. So, if you've never seen the show, Yeah. If you've never seen the show, you have a little bit of time to catch up. 13 seasons or 12, I guess. Um, you can find me on Instagram, Whitney Waythor. And that's pretty much all I do

1:11:00

because I'm too old for Tik Tok.

I love it. Well, thank you. We love you.

Thank you. We love you. And we will see you on the other side.

Very spooky.
