Haunted Homes and Eerie Entities

mountains it was built in the 70s by the previous owners and we believe the owners actually peacefully haunted this property but they were not the issue we would occasionally hear footsteps we could smell perfume wafting by and a man in a cowboy hat could sometimes be seen in the corner of your eye and this house is what made my dad believe in ghosts he had not before but boy does he now yikes this house has a couple of stories so let's right off the bat talk about the haunted axe oh that sounds extremely dangerous they had a little bit of land connected to the house and a little ways down a hill from the back door there was a tree stump with an extremely old old and damaged looking axe my mom stepdad
